1st & last visit. Technician cut my thumb cuticle and I am bleeding when she applies green liquid and the tip of the bottle right on my cut instead of using "best ptactice/infection control". What should have happened is to hold the bottle up high and let droplets fall onto the damaged tissue. Im hoping i dont get an infection from this. She did not know how to repair a split real nail and had to pass me off to 2nd technician. 2nd tech. Did not notice I am still bleeding and I had to tell her because she was rubbing on damaged area. She also applies green liquid but correctly this time. Both technicians manhandled and I felt like cattle. Both technicians do not have a firm grasp of English. I tipped and went to my interview with any ugly thumb. Uggh.
