Valentinos has lost our business for good after tonight. Our $75.00 meal was apparently not good enough for the owner who got on the phone to tell us he had a policy to never substitue any of the vegetables on the side even though they do this numerous times a week for my mother who has restrictions on her diet. When he refused and we cancelled the to go order of lobster and other food he was unphased. This is not our first encounter with this owner. Word around town has always been about how rude the owner is and now I believe it!

We usually order take out or delivery from here and it's normally good. Today we decided to eat at the restaurant. Garlic rolls were over cooked, sida was flat, slice of cheese pizza was over cooked and eggplant parm was overcooked. Italian bread that cane with entrées was served with no butter. I do have to say, today was not a good day here and we are usually pleased with there food. I guess I'll have to say that it is "hit or miss", which is disappointing because we thought we found a italian place that we could trust to always be good or great. Sorry guys, you missed it today!

Ordered from the menu for delivery. Asked for shrimp with my meal and they only have two. Do if you eat here and want shrimp make sure you ask how many you will receive.. First and last time I will ever order from them.

Terrible Restaurant, I even met the Owner, Now we know why it rolls downhill.
