Worse food and service I've ever experienced. First off he too our order and didn't cook it until 20 minutes later, so we ate 40 minutes into being there. 2nd i ordered medium, my bf med well and both got burned burger. The guy even undercooked the skinny fries leaving them greasy on the outside and raw on the inside. We ate our burgers anyways because i was already late back to work and had no time to get anything else, but we did not eat the fries. When we asked for the check and alerted the guy about the undercooked fries (expecting AT LEAST an apology) he was rude and said he's been making them the same way for 12 years and that everyone has different taste. So i let him know i use to work in a restaurant and that the fries were in fact undercooked and that he needs to learn to cook them properly. Left without leaving a tip.
