I went into the Beltone showroom with a hearing aid Id purchased from a catalog . I told the owner, John Kenny, that it wasnt elaborate as his brand, but it was all I could afford. He could have ended our conversation by saying Sorry we only handle Beltone but instead I was greeted like an old friend. He looked at the set of ear pieces that came with my special, and found the one that fit in my ear properly. He showed me how to do it myself and set up the settings best for me. When I left it was as it Id just visited a neighbor. If thats how he treats a non-customer, imagine how well he would take care of your hearing needs
