I didn't expect great quality for such a modest price. There'd be wrinkles and stains not removed, but it didn't bother me.
But this time... shrunken clothes? When I informed the male owner, he coldly said to bring the clothes back and he'd credit and press/stretch them. However that'd only ruin the original fabric more. There was no apology or sense of concern. And to sign he was finished with me, without another word he averted his gaze and dismissed me for another patron.
You get what you pay for. I'm never going here again.
