Very poor attitude from general manager. They don't ever fix the cars right they half ass fix them so you have to pay them to fix it. The only people there that have respect and is very polite is the sells rep Ebony and the pa Jessie. Shonna the GM won't help with payments. I went up there the other day and she told me to give her the keys and wouldn't help with payments. So fine I'll go get a vechile else where.

This place is a joke... the only thing they have going for them is nice employees... but there vehicles are junk. Once this broke down blazer is paid off I'm going elsewhere and trading it in. When i drove off the lot they refused to put drive able tires on it, the break lights didnt work (which i wasnt informed), it dont hold washer fluid and my AC only worked until my take back time expired, big surprise... since then I've replaced part after part along with 4 tires. The only reason i got it to begin with was because it was the only one in my price range that drove good enough during the test drive. $7000 is beyond rediculous for the hundreds of dollars I've spent fixing it. But all the problems aint in the contract for things they fix... never again will i give my hard earned money to this place
