AMAZING!! My boyfriend and I went there over the weekend and he bought a cowboy hat. During the shaping, the machine broke down. One of the employees took the hat, ran home and used his mothers steamer to make sure we would have it by that nights party. While he was shopping, I had ordered my daughter a pair of cowgirl boots. I got a call today saying the boots we picked were discontinued, it would be a week before I could make it back to the store to pick another pair. The lady sent me via text, all the pictures of boots (with prices) so I could chose a new pair to have back by Christmas. These people truly go out of their way to make sure you are happy. It's people like them, that are hard to find. i would definitely recommend that store!
