I ordered a fridge from Amozon.com the beginnig of Sept.2016,it came damaged,The driver called me and said it was really damaged and that I could do a verbal refusal and it would be returned to Amazon.com.I called your company about a week ago and spoke with the secratary ,I asked if it had been returned yet,she said no,we (your company) are so far behind and she is going on vacation and she'd need to start the paperwork to return this item and mine was just many of the returns and it will have to wait.I have $1149.00 sitting at Amazon.com ,they cannot refund my money until the receive this item back.I don't know about you,but I don't have all the time in the world to wait for my money.
