This was the best buying experience I ever had. Everyone there was extremely professional and no pressure. Will definetly tell my friends and family.

Started looking at the truck I wanted knew the price range was there before time 8am expected 747am was there to look over the truck had 5,000$ down on 39,890 and all I heard was that all kinds of people are trying to buy the truck and at 327pm they tell me that sorry you're not approved due to their f up on my ( down payment in my eyes) and had everything that they asked for to be approved not just by myself but my company as well things just don't add up to me when I went down the street and could've drove off with a truck I didn't want for 32,678$ Rock is a great guy but going through this again after paying off two Ford's from there won't happen guess I have to find another Ford dealership

I bought a used vehicle from here on June 2nd, 2018 and was not given a temp tag or inspection sticker. The vehicle also has multiple electrical and mechanical issues such as having a broken turn indicator, it does not start some of the time and dash lights (traction control/brake) falsely illuminate while I am driving. They also promised to repair cigarette holes in the seats post purchase but never followed through. I made many attempts to contact them regarding all of these issues but I never received a call or e-mail in return.

The guys at Gateway are AMAZING!!! My son and I were 500 miles away from home when the "new" battery in my Edge went bad. I was completely at the mercy of Gateway and they took such good care of us! Double checked everything, went to the chain parts store for a replacement battery, installed the battery, and all for less than half of what the battery cost me the first time (battery under warranty). They were amazingly sweet, courteous, professional, and certainly a place a single woman can feel confident going to when in need of vehicle servicing. Thanks again so much guys!!! :) Jeanette C. Ft.
