It was the worst experience ev...

It was the worst experience ever. It ruined our whole trip. They took advantage of the fact we were traveling with a 3 year old and accused him of breaking a glass picture and 2 beds. They charged me several hundred dollars and called over 6 hours later to tell me. When I tried to have a conversation about it,I was told by the general manager "Too bad, we have pictures" Nevermind that if my son had broken a glass picture he would have had cuts and injuries. He was seen at checkout and breakfast without any! He is also extremely loud and everyone in the building would have heard him if he had gotten hurt.

I could have stayed in a fancy resort for the amount this one night cost me, and would have rather done that looking back.
