WOW! Joe Power just finished a stunning Lanai, including pavers and a large bird cage screen. It is beautiful and the job went flawlessly. Joe and his team are true craftsman and the results illustrate that perfectly. Joe's price was fair (frankly a bargain). Joe took care of all the permits and the county building inspection confirmed what we knew - it was a job well done. One of the big pluses in my opinion is Joe was onsite every day working hand in hand with his crew; you could see the professionalism. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Joe!

In February 2016, Joe Powers, dedicated foreman and team did an outstanding job of completely re-screening our pool enclosure. The high quality screen and the great installation job were key factors in saving our home from extensive damage when a huge tree fell across our pool enclosure in June 2017.
Thankfully, we already had knowledge of a great contractor. We had requested another bid as was required by our insurance company. We were very pleased that Joe's bid came in several thousand less than the competition. Joe and his team did a fantastic job in removing the old enclosure down to the bare pool deck and rebuilding our new enclosure to Florida's current building code guidelines. Joe was very helpful in knowing contractors that he could recommend for electrical and pool deck repairs. We are really enjoying our new beautiful enclosure, Joe and his entire team were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. I had some issues getting the job started, but Joe was very professional in handling the issue and took care of the job.

Wow!! As a customer service manager I look for two things in a buiness, great customer service is one. This company has that!! The sales rep was very nice and professional. And after getting 3 quotes I fell like he was the most honest. The second thing I look for. And when he came out to do the repair he was fast, efficient, nice and did a great gob!! I have already recommended this company to 3 of my neighbors in nocatee! They rock!!!

Joe demo'd our old screen and put up a new one just a little over a year ago. His guys did an amazing job and his quote was very competitive. The screen survived Matthew with flying colors... something that could not be said for a few of our neighbors. Strongly recommend Joe.

Joe Power built our screened enclosure and patio addition in less time than he said he would and with far less hassle. It's our ideal favorite living space. I would certainly recommend his company to others.

Joe and his "team" did an outstanding job having pavers installed and constructing the enclosure. Everyone worked so well together and did a great job. We couldn't be more pleased.

Joe Power is first class all the way. Joe is incredibly easy to deal with and did exactly what he said he would do. We just had our lanai screened in and added a "Bird Cage" extension. It was exactly what I asked for and Joe's professionalism was exemplary. If you want your project done correctly, on time and reasonably priced, Joe Power is the way to go.

So pleased! We love the outcome. We spoke to Joe after getting a few estimates and he was able to follow through with phone calls and quick results. Love our patio and would recommend him highly!!

Highly Recommend! Following a major reconstruction of the rear of our house, we hired Impact Enclosures to re-format our pool enclosure and install super gutters to the rear of the house. Their efforts were a complete failure, as water was rushing OVER the super gutters, and the enclosure was not re-formatted as agreed upon. They offered no solutions or a refund for their failed efforts. Backyard Creations then tried to modify our gutters by adding additional gutters to the existing. This effort also failed. When I met with Joe Power, Inc., Joe immediately what the problems were and how our installation should have been done. His experienced crew re-formatted our enclosure just as we originally wanted, and re-installed our super gutters at the proper height. They did an amazing job. After a recent major storm, we found that our enclosure and super gutters worked perfectly. All of their work looks great. We are extremely grateful to Joe for solving the problems that others created, and allowing us to enjoy our home.

I called Joe on very short notice and he was able to install all new screens on my lanai within 24 hours. The work was excellent and they arrived at the time they said they would. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Joe power repaired my lanai screen where it separated from the foundation and tuned up my screen door. His crew were polite and efficient. Joe came back 9 months later to replace a failed door closer.

We had Joe extend our patio and bump out the screen enclosure. We had pavers put in, plus and additional fan and some electrical outlets. Bottom-line, the project was superb. The final product was exactly what we originally discussed, and looks even better. All of the personnel who helped on the project were extremely professional and took pride in their work. The project stayed on budget and finished very close to initial projected timeline. Highly recommend Joe and his team!

Joe has done many screen repairs for us over the years, and he's always done a great job. He is polite, thorough, and fairly priced. When we built a new pool enclosure, we used someone else (strictly based on price) and had a terrible experience. We're sorry we didn't hire Joe. He'll do all of our screen work from now on!

This is the first time I have used Joe Thomas. They did an excellent job repairing my screen. They were very punctual came out when they said they would. I would definately use th again.

Joe has done several screen repairs for us and has done an excellent job. He has always been on time, dependable, courteous and honest. We will be expanding our lanai and adding a pool in the near future. We will definitely use Joe for that job and we highly recommend him for any screen repair and new enclosure projects.

I had an appointment with this vendor at 4:30pm. I called him at 6:30 pm to see what happned to him. He was at home. His attitude was plainly obvious, he did not care that he missed the appointment, that he did not call nor did he care about my business.



i am unsure what his quality of work could be but i am certain he does not care about getting business so i would assume his work will be below market quality!11
