Great store. Prices seemed comparable to other places I looked in to. Local store and helped me diagnose and test my problem and had the part in stock so I fixed it the same day. Not the first time I have used them and definatly won't be the last! Thanks Bussards!!

Wow, this business is great!! There was an actual person who answered the phone and not an answering machine. They seemed to really care about our problem and want to help us. My thirty-year-old oven had the element go out. Amazingly, the folks at Bussard found one, in a very short time and called me. In less than a week, we were back in baking business. Great people at Bussard, a wonderful way of treating customers. I can't thank them enough!!!

Great service as always! Whenever I have an issue they always help me diagnose to determine the right part and offer suggestions. They even tested my old part I first thought was bad and determined it was good. Gave me a suggestion of what else to check and how to check it which ended up directing me to find the actual problem and fix it. Saved me spending an additional $40 on a part I really didn't need.

I went in thinking I knew what was wrong with my washer, I asked them a few questions about the part I was buying and found out I wasn't on the right track. They helped diagnose the problem and set me in the right direction. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service, very helpful and they had the part I needed in stock. A+

I have a 1982 Kenmore dryer that has served us well and had its first maintenance need, a broken drive belt. The two women at the counter were pleasant and very helpful. They even found the original drive belt which is no longer available from Sears. The cost was in line with other suppliers. I will call Bussard first for my next parts need. Bussard Appliance Parts of 240 W Walton Blvd Ste 2, Pontiac, MI. Phone: 248-332-6445.

High prices and no refunds!

I bought an item from this store and was very disappointed when I discovered that I overpaid for the item and couldn't get a refund from the store. Make sure you call around for better prices before going to Bussard. I know I won't make this mistake again.

They know what they're talking about!

Had a problem with my dryer - took out a couple of parts that an online site recommended might be bad. One of the women at Bussards checked the parts - said they were in working order, asked what the problem was and recommended changing the coils. At a cost of about $40.00 for two coils, she was exactly right in her fix to my heating problem. One trip and minimal cost and my dryer works perfectly again!!! So guys do not be afraid to take a woman's advice at this store, they are informed, experienced and professional. Thanks!!!!
