They never answer their business line. Message plays, " mailbox is full and no room for additional messages." That has been for several weeks. Probably the mailbox is full of service requests and complaints.

The apartments at orchard woods are clean and quiet thats the good,

They are cold and very drafty, single pane mettel windows from the

50s leak cold air badly, management provides the heat tanants have

no control and your extreamy lucky to ever get over 56 degrees

with michigan winters thats a desaster. The kitchens have the old 50s

metal cabinets, and the apliances are from the same ara. The leace is

4 pages long and so tight you can no matter how hard you work at it

never to recieve your security deposit back. Parking is horrable in the

winter do to poor snow removal.With the pealing paint on the outside

of the buildings the entire place need serious updating and attention.
