Great Attorney for Bankruptcy

In June 2012, I sought a bankrupycy attorney. I thought this was going to be so easy. NOT!!! At no time. Was I advised that it was a common practice for the BR trustee to sieze income tax returns from unsuspecting filers. So, I was expecting a $9300 return. After the casr discharge, the trustee sent a demand to the IRS to seize amy refund. Found out that all I needed to do after the initial lawyer visit was to adjust my withholdings at my job. This simple tactic would have left no refund to seize. I discovered this after the IRS notified me that my refund was seized by the BK court. Do your own investigation into the BK procesd.
