After doing a receiver swap on my boat I did not have power. Since I was inexperienced I called RKST and they were understanding and non judgmental! Welcomed me to stop in and they would take a look at it. I drove over and after spending 5 minutes with a Tech the issue was diagnosed and resolved. I went to make payment and was told not to worry about it "just keep us in mind for any future needs". Excellent customer service from a faith based organization! God Bless!

The cleanest installations I have ever seen along with the most friendly and knowledgeable sales staff in the metro-Detroit area. I went to their local competitor (before I knew about RKST) and they quoted me what I thought was a expensive price for an Alpine amp & sub setup and I told them I wanted to look around and the sales guy said about RKST, "You can go to RKST down the street but I guarantee they are going to more, way more." Needless to say, I went to RKST and they quoted me, for the same equipment, almost 250 dollars less. And RKST's installers are certified, which most places around can't claim that. I'm totally sold - they're my go-to audio store now.
