I visited the location today - wanted to get some of the snow dirt off of my car. I also decided to pay the extra $1 to have the car dried.

As I looked in the mirror, I could tell that the machine completely missed my back - and the dryer suggested I go back around because the machine somehow missed the rear.

As I went around, one of the washer asked if there was a problem. I shared that a lot was missed - and that it looked like the car was not sprayed or brushed the car. He told me that I got the cheap wash and they don't do that.

I then asked for a manager - the same guy, looked the door and told me to get the F**K off of his property. He continued to curse the entire time.

I found an Assistant Manger - he heard it all - and did apologize for what was said. He told me to get back in line for a redo.

I decided to go home - the same guy that cursed me out would do the car again- and I simply didn't trust him.

I go there every weekend - usually on Sundays. This is my last visit.

I use to work there when it use to be the real soft line. the new owner fired everybody

THIS IS A GREAT CARWASH HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT AND HAS MORE VENDING EQUIPMENT THEN ANY CARWASH IN MICHIGAN I GIVE THEM A++++++++++++++++ON THERE SERVICE.
