I recently ordered a centerpiece to be delivered to my 95 year old mother for Mother's Day. When I talked to my mom a few days later I could tell she was not satisfied with the bouquet. One of my sisters asked if I used K-mart for my flower delivery! I called customer service and they delivered atother bouquet that was not even a centerpiece and just a very Ho-hum array of flowers for $75.00. Very dis-satisfied with Thrifty Florist and will never use them again. My previous florist recently retIred and closed her business. I told Thrifty I was looking for new florist to use for my floral orders from Florida to Michigan - obviously, I am still looking for a reputable florist and it sure is not Thrifty Florist! Love love this florist. Thanks to them my boss had an awesome birthday bouquet delivered on time when another florist in Rochester left me empty handed day before at 4:00p. My company will only use this thrifty for all our needs. Should have not strayed and tried a different place. Thank you to the owner who knows what customer service is all about. You saved the day.

I'm Mary Brown from last Saturday regarding the handling of flowers at Moons Funeral Home. I wanted to thank you and the manager ( I'm sorry, I can't remember her name) for making this right on behalf of my children who ordered the plants/flowers for their cousin, Derrick Kellar. The sister recieved the arrangement and she said it was just beautiful. I will keep you in mind when I have an opportunity to purchase flowers in the future. Hopefully for a much happier event. Thanks again for your help in this time of adjustment for many of us.
