Great service. Fast friendly

I've gotten to the point where anytime I am ordering a package I am going to put a hold on my mail. Then I know it won't be delivered to the neighbors. Our postal carriers don't seem to be able to read. 1, 2 or 3 even when its on the House with arrows. 😒😒😒.

The second time in 6 months that I have had a package sit at this post office for 2 days after being transferred from UPS. I could literally walk to the post office and get it faster!

My priority envelope left Cadillac MI Wednesday the 7th, traveled to Grand Rapids, and then to Pontiac by Thursday morning, and hasn't been seen since!! I'm in Utica still waiting for someone to find my envelope. Would've been faster, cheaper and way less stressful if I had just drove up in the snow storm and got the Damm thing myself!!!

Rather than actually deliver my mail, they would rather return to sender for insufficient address when the complete address is clearly on the envelope. I can't believe that a post office could be this bad and the Feds think that they are losing money because of lower price on stamps? NO, its because NOONE trusts sending their mail via the USPS because the is a high probability that you recipient will never receive because of incompetent postal workers. I wish I could give them - 5 stars.

Worst post office I've ever seen or even heard of. Feels like I'm dealing with a third world country's postal system, everything is so bizarrely bad about the whole place.

fat old postal worker stuffed my square delivery into my mailbox a size smaller than delivery. Instead of getting out of truck to deliver to front door or side door, we watched him take his fist and hit my package until it fit into the mailbox. I dont want this postal worker every delivering even a flyer to my address again.

Not getting my mail on a regular basis! not getting all my mail, catalogs missing, some bills not coming, not even getting all my junk mail. what's up?!

Today the Tuesday after presidents day is the 3 rd time my mail has not ran along with 6 or 7 of the blocks around me.. I think you guys need to get more workers or I will be getting. Ok box!!!! Super upset!!!
