Provided by YP.comthis Dr. gave my mom meds that she was allergic to not once but twice and now thanks to him she has been in the hospital for 3 weeks it seems to me if he knew what effect it had on her last time he would put it in the medical report and not give it to her again but unfortunately he must have not been that smart because he gave it to her again and now she is in the hospital thanks a lot
