WOW should have read these posts before I hired them, they are spot on. worst place I have dealt with! Let me repeat I did not say worst POOL place. Worst PLACE! they are idiots. no customer service and cant answer or show up when they say they will. Actually caught them lying about showing up at my house (have cameras) DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

This is the first pool we have owned, but service cannot be much worse than this company! We thought they were doing ok when we had them open the pool so we signed up for a weekly service that was supposed to include cleaning and chemicals. I noticed after they came every Monday morning, when I got home on Monday afternoon the pool was always still very dirty. Always dirt and leaves in the bottom of the pool. I decided to stay and watch what they were doing the last 2 Mondays before I left for work. Two weeks in a row now they show up and stay less than 10 minutes each trip! Then I get my bill and it averages $75 per trip! Do the math, that's close to $500 per hour and a dirty pool. No Thanks! I am calling as we speak to cancel all services with this rip off!

Be careful. Owner needs anger management. Has no idea how to help with pool problems.

The character and professionalism of this company is the poorest I have ever seen. If I could give them zero stars I would. They are not capable of handling your pool service. Don't show up and damage property. STAY AWAY!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Went for help with water bugs chemicals sand and other needs info.. Thanks to them my pool was ready for swimming in 24hrs... Love these guys

any time this much money is spent , and you think you have a reliable company or owner be sure to check for complaints aganist this company as well as the person that owns it. Be sure to check w/better business bureau.. this company has unanswered complaints. don't business owners know by now in a small town bad news travels faster than good news. The statement call if there are any problems, he failed to tell us calling wasn't going to be the problem. Trying to get the company or the owner to respond. NEVER HAPPENED!!
