I am a46y/o male. I was seen 6 months ago. I had already gotten 2 recommendations to have all of my teeth removed and replace them with dentures. I was seen by Dr. Roma Patel. She is one of the most professional dentist that I have ever used. Her chair side manners are impeccable! She made me feel so secure about having dentures. My initial set of dentures were to be used for the fiy 6 months. Over that period of time, I had to have them adjusted multiple times. Every time I called for an appointment, I was scheduled in within 24 hrs. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly, caring and professional. The facility was always clean. I received my permanent dentures today. I am so excited! They fit perfectly! I can chew, whistle and sing! It was definitely worth the wait. I will recommend Aspen Dental to all my friends and family. There is nothing that they could have done to make my experience a better one.

I had an appt there three weeks ago. The office sent me an email, text and automatic phone reminder. One hour before the appt they called to cancel because of an office emergency. Ok - I called the office back to reschedule and they said: "we will call you when we can figure out when to squeeze you in. We don't want you to wait until our next available appt, it's at the end of the month." I never heard from them again.



I was a little put off by when I called I never got the pooler office, I got a call center. And when I asked for a way for my old dentist in another town to send my X-rays that were only two weeks old they would not take them. Ended up at a different office and very glad I did.

Absolutely not a dentist person. Aspen has completely changed all of that. Dr Barker and the staff are wonderful. Makes me comfortable and relaxed. I dont mind going anymore. Yay
