Some of the employees are polite but, there is a grumpy old man there that has fussed at me twice because I asked him to remove a magnet from my gas cap.There was no one in line behind me. He had to go back there anyway to tape the rear wiper down so why be so rude? There are other car wash businesses in Hinesville that I would rather patronize than this one. I don't need to go there to be subjected to someone's bad mood every single time. I would have my friendliest employee interacting with customers. The customer service with this guy is non-existent. Since this is the second time the same employee has been unnecessarily rude to me, I will not patronize this business again. I can go to Suds or some other place. If I could've backed up and left without the car wash this morning, I would've and asked for a refund. Go there for the free vacuums but don't be suprised when grumpy smurf gives you a hard time.

THE PLACE OF BUSINESS SAVES AND USES YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR SERVICES, WHENEVER THEY WANT.

THEY DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO THESE DO THESE CHARGES. BETTER TO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR ANYTHING FROM THEM, AS THEY SAVE THIS INFORMATION, AND MANUALLY ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO MAKE FRADULANT CHARGES.

THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 44.99, FOR A MONTH OF CARWASHES, AND THEY DID IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, KNOWLEDGE OR TELLING ME FIRST! I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THEY DO THIS TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS FRAUD, AND BY DOING THIS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I BELIEVE THAT IT IS ILLEGAL!! WHEN I PURCHASED MY MONTHLY WASH SERVICE FOR LAST MONTH THEY NEVER EVER TOLD ME THAT THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE!! THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD BE "AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD FOR MONTHLY CAR WASH FEES.

I BELIEVE THAT THEY MUST TELL YOU UP FRONT THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DOING THIS!!

IT ALSO SCARES ME THAT THEY SAVED MY CARD INFO AND WHO ALL HAS ACCESS TO IT.

I HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD, REPORT IT AS STOLEN, AND THAT FRADULANT CHARGES WERE BEING CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD WITH-OUT MY PERMISSION, OR PRE-AUTHORIZATION.

BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
