Service is good and fast.
The place is extremely crowded all the time.
Food is too salty for my taste though. Not enough vegetarian dishes.

My boyfriend and I visit Cheddars at least once a week. We enjoy drinks at the bar. All of their food and drinks are so well priced plus the bartenders are great company. Christy always remembers what we drink and eat, also she has great suggestions for new drinks to try. Our steaks these last few weeks have been amazing. I think they have a new cook who knows his stuff! Also the general manager Kendall is very friendly and always says hi and thanks us for coming in. We love Cheddars and highly recomend it to anyone!! Keep up the great work!!!

the food was great and great environment

This Cheddar's restaurant is not one you want to compare with their other chain operations. My husband and I were thrilled and so excited to have Cheddar's build in Pooler. Unfortunatley, it has been a huge disappointment. In fact, we have embarassed ourselves by over rating it to friends. Before moving to Pooler, we lived in Johnson City, Tn. and absolutely loved the Cheddar's restaurant there. We had never had to send anything back to the kitchen or even had the slightest complaint at that location.

We have dined at the Pooler restaurant atleast 8-10 times thus far and after this last trip we swore to never dine there again. I don't know if it is management or where the problem lies but I don't recommend wasting your time standing in line. The food is usually luke warm and the service is terrible. My daughter and a friend visited us this past summer and decided to go to Cheddar's for lunch one day. After they returned back home to Tennessee, the friend checked her bank account and the waitress at Cheddar's had changed the tip amount! I did go into Cheddar's and report it. The "shift manager" said that the girl had already been let go and that he would pass the information and I would be receving a call from the restaurant manager. Needless to say...that NEVER happened!

We love Cheddar's and really are upset that this location has such poor service and food. This is highly unusual for this restaurant chain because their food and quality of the entire operation is usually superb. If you have dined at the Pooler location and are happy with your experience....take the time to dine at one of their other locations and you will understand my complaint. There is NO COMPARISON!
