Had to ask for items multiple times from server. Appetizer and food came at same time. Our food came incorrect and nothing went smoothly in our visit. Felt like we were waiting on our server the entire time. Huge fan of Chili's but would not recommend this location. It shouldn't take almost 2 hours for lunch.

Agree with the reviews below. We live within walking distance, been there SEVERAL times and 70% of the tables are empty and there is a 30 to 60 wait every time? I don't understand that! I guess they opened to big of a restaurant and are unable to use the entire square footage so the y let it sit empty. Guess they don't need to make that extra money. We have been going to Chili's for 20+ years and this location is the worse, don't bother to stop. Also, since when and what other Chili's do you have to wait to be seated at the tables in the bar area? ...oh this one because they leave half of them empty! Rating this a 1 star is actually too high!

Sunday, March 9th, 2014, this place is slow. Showed up to a half empty restaurant. Was told the wait time was 30 minutes, so we sat at the bar. There was only 6 total people for 1 bar tender. After my first beverage was empty, I ended up having to ask for a second one 15 minutes later. After my 2nd was empty, I was never asked if I wanted a refill. The couple next to us waited the entire time we were there to receive the appetizer they ordered. I do not recommend this place. There are far better places in pooler.

We showed up at 6PM on a Sunday and 2/3rd of the restaurant was empty and we still had to wait 30 to even be seated. When I asked a server what was going I was told they have an under performing kitchen. Not only that but that entire bar was sticky. The staff is nice but the operational side of the restaurant is sad. There are too many places is Pooler to go to that are way better.
