I took my mom there to have her eyebrows waxed and they burned her eye lids. Do not recommend this place and wish I have read reviews before going since I agree that stuff is not overly friendly! I called to say that they have burned her eye lids and they suggested to use some aloe calming lotion!!! I stopped by next day (my mom is just visiting she doesn't talk English that's why I had to carry all conversation) when I went back to tell them that my moms eye lids stung and she was crying- having horrible day and couldn't wear make up- and we stopped before we went to Charleston so all idea was to make her have awesome day and it turned into nightmare- salon stuff said "it happens to get burned it's nobody's fault it just happens I myself had burned bikini area I got blisters"- these were words from lady at reception desk!!!!! Wow, I would never again stop there to have wax job done- this was encouraging from her! She said you can bring mom back so boss can see her and possibly give her $10 back! They DID NOT CARE AT ALL!!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I regret that I've ever stopped there!!! Just go by publix to Lotis day and spa- that place is awesome I had there massage, nails, pedicure done and every visit was pleasant and with great service... I'm not sure how anyone can like this place but I'm not coming back!!!

I can't hardly believe the negative comments below. I love this place! I tell everyone about them and am always bringing my friends and family to get services done here as well. I use all services from getting my toes done, my nails done and my hair done by Hannah. I wouldn't trust anybody else. All the people that work there are incredibly sweet and do their best to provide the service you want. never have they been rude to me. They even cut you deals unlike other places. And if for some reason I am unhappy with something they are quick to fix it. For example

The staff is very rude. They are overpriced if compared to other salons in the area. If you are not happy with a nail design, they remove it and still charge you (even though they do amature work). Once I had a friend go in to have a polish change (her previous color was red)...they did not remove all of the red around the edges and her new polish looked like an 8 year old had done it. Then the staff member became argumentative with her boss in front of us when we asked for it to be fixed. They may have a nice looking establishement, but their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired.

they do not have good public relations. they are all about the money. the good help they had a year ago have left, we now understand why. i rate this business with a half star at best.

Leslie is a MAGICIAN at color. Calvin does the BEST nails EVER and Leah....well she makes me turn to JELLO with a massage. This is a MUST GO PLACE!

They are super good in the sense they're clean, and do a good job. They are RUDE. Well especially this girl (in her 40-50's maybe) she got upset because I was indecisive of what color, I asked for her opinion and she said, its your nail!!! Really??? Will not leave my money there again, or at least not go her!!

I just moved to Garden City/Pooler area and have been stopping in on many Nail places and this was the only 1 of 5 that actually had a printed flyer of their services. The Eden is a very beautiful and clean friendly spa. I had a classic mani & pedi that included a fantastic massage for both pedi and mani, and they did a great job. I especially loved that they used new pre-packed clean and sterilized nail tools and lined the pedi tub spa making sterilized. I will definately be going back.

This is easily the best spa I've ever been in. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and I've never gotten such a good manicure and pedicure in my life! I like that they have the soak off gels for natural nails, and got an amazing french manicure by Tiffany. They also have every OPI shade of nail polish you could ask for, and not in gross old bottles with the color settled or anything. It's a very pleasant atmosphere and feels so clean and brand new. I'm absolutely going to go there for all my future nail needs, and plan on trying other services like the head and shoulders massage (it's only 35 dollars for 30 minutes!) and maybe a facial. Definitely my new go-to place.

I just moved to Pooler and was looking for a nail salon. Coincidentally I ran across eden on my way to UPS. It's part of a small plaza next to UPS and across from Savannah tires, no wonder I always miss it. Their full spa is amazing! The staff and receptionist were very helpful and friendly. I got a royal pedi and I've never been more pampered. It's clean to the max and they serve complimentary drinks and cookies. I've never seen "sanitation smart liners" used in my pedis until now. It's an innovating technique I really like. It's nice to know my feet are nice and clean after pedis since they use liners and new tools on every customer. They take their time to cater to your every need. Ask for specials, the receptionist hinted they post specials on their web ever so often for loyal customers who check often. ;) I'm looking forward to coming back soon with my girlfriends to have our aromatherapy massage and facials! This will be my go-to place!

Oh my gosh, this place is just BEAUTIFUL! I happened to get my car checked at Savannah Tires off of Foxfield Way and Benton Blvd. As I was waiting, I noticed the Now Open signs and I just had to check it out. I'm glad I did! This place has everything a person could need to getaway and relax. The employee politely gave me a grand tour. It has facials, massages, hair, and nails!! How cool is that?! I ended up getting a herbal pedicure because it was totally different. I've never heard of being able to customize your own organic stuff. I swear I almost fell asleep! lol. Nonetheless, I was overly pleased by the service. Before I left, I booked a Valentine's package for my fiancee and I to enjoy. I'm so looking forward to coming back! Oh, by the way, did I mentioned I LOVE, LOVE this place?! because I DO!!
