This business has poor billing practice and has exhibited unethical behavior. This review only applies to our experience with the office located at 82 COLUMBIA DR
POOLER, GA 31322. We had requested a energy audit in September 2015. They showed up to take the data readings for diagnostics at our home and two weeks later, I called to check on the status of their data analysis report. The billing lady apologized for the delay and said it was because person who gathered the data had a medical emergency. 3 months later, I got a bill for $500 from this office (note that I still dont have any data from them). I responded via email asking why I was being charged. No reply. A month later, another bill with a late fee. I had enough. I went over to their office and confronted them in person. The lady explained that she was charging me the full amount because they showed up to collect the data at my home. I explained to her that they have failed to analyze the data and provide me with any diagnostic information for my home. To resolve it, she said she can split the cost with me. Again, I still dont understand what I am paying for. They apologized for their poor performance, miscommunication between staff, but insisted that I still pay half. That is the unethical part so please be aware. Not only was their invoice 3 months late, they provided no diagnostics data/ report for the house yet collected money from the customer.
