Had lunch today. Server was terrible. Iced tea did not have ice. Fish had crust like the grill had not been cleaned off and the vegetables were not hot. We have enjoyed our meals there in the past but very disappointed with today's visit.

I am dismayed about the negative reviews of Hiranos in Pooler, Georgia. I had dinner there tonight. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. The waitress was extremely polite. The food was quickly and properly prepared and served. The waitress visited consistently, and promptly responded to my requests.



I have always believed that if you have a problem with an establishment, you direct your comments to the establishment, If the service and products you receive are exceptional, you tell others.



Hey others, Hiranos in Pooler Georgia is a great place to eat.

Great food and sushi. I tried this place for the first time a month ago and loved it.

Garbage!!! Fed it to the animals in the back yard. The chicken was dry, the rice tasted old, and the food had no flavor. What happened to the teriyaki flavor? No joke, I poured this out in the back yard for the racoons and made a sandwich!

Very poor service and food was not worth the price or the crummy service you have to deal with while there!!! Ordered take out twice when Masato's in Pooler was closed, both times the girl at the counter was very very rude.... Also both times they managed to screw up the order, once they didnt even put the meat on my order and only gave me veggies with nothing else in the box, had to go all the way back just for my meat! Will never go back to this place again. If Masato's is closed we will just have to go another route for lunch because this place seriously IS NOT worth it!!!!

I love Hiranos! I eat there usually at least once a week. Their food is always great. I get the chicken teriyaki and shrimp tempura roll. I dont know who this other reviewer is but I have never had a bad experience at this Hiranos.

This place is absolutely the worst. The "fried rice" tasted like it came from a minute box and the shrimp straight from the freezer. The YumYum sauce tasked like ranch dressing. We each took one bite and very nicely let them know it wasn't good and we still were told we had to pay. The only thing I can say was the waitress with the pink hair was nice. Hiranos doesn't even deserve one star but since I have to give at least one I'll give it to the waitress.
