Nothing wrong with the service, but the location is super small, not much seating at all. I ordered a "Turkey Tom", it was essentially a lettuce sub with a couple slices of turkey folded in half in with the mounds of lettuce. The bread was like a bun that they hollowed all of the bread out of it. What made this experience worse was that it was Wednesday and Jersey Mike's daily special for today was their turkey sub. So, I could have had a MUCH better sandwich for less money. This is my first time eating at a Jimmy John's and it will be my last.

My daughter and I have eaten at several JJ's over the last 5 years and it is one of our favorites. We were very excited when we learned there would be a new JJ's in Pooler. We were there for the opening evening to get our normal #14 and #16 combo but quickly found out that they were different than every other JJ's we has ever eaten at. No combos. We were told by the manager that they chose not to do the combos to try and keep sandwich prices down. The problem is their sandwiches cost exactly the same as every other JJ"s we eat at. The meal cost us $3 extra which isn't that big a deal but we won't be making as many trips to this location

monthly as we would have if they offered the combos the way all the others we have eaten at have.
