Provided by YP.comWill not be back. Worst customer service ever. Had to send first pair of frames back because they arrived in horrible condition, frames had nasty residue on them and scratches. So then I wait another 3 weeks, received the new frames today and they literally gave me glasses in a plastic bag with no case no nothing, just a pair of glasses in a plastic bag flung on the table outside their office. They have a person coming outside to check people in (due to covid situation) who actually speaks to customers, but I am unable to ask a simple question pertaining to my order pickup and am forced to call the office to speak with someone while I am standing 6 ft away from the front door. Ridiculous. If your employees are that paranoid to deal with customers who are practicing proper covid procedures (masked and standing far away) then maybe they shouldn't be working there. This is the second time I've dealt with that person and both times they just throw the merchandise on the wooden table outside and shut the door in the customers face and then use hand gestures through a tinted glass window to basically say "call the office" if there is an issue while I'm standing there speaking. Just rude and unprofessional, glass are overpriced, merchandise arrives in less than satisfactory condition, and everything is "just a mistake" so don't expect anything to be done professionally the first time...or second time....

Provided by YP.comThis office has gone downhill, with very rude admin staff (Dr's & assistants are good). After going here for ten years, they changed their policy and no longer accept insurance. Yet they never informed me of this policy change until AFTER my most recent appointment, and I had to pay cash out of pocket.

Provided by YP.comI have been coming here for over 5 years & the service is excellent! The doctors & staff are nice, friendly, patient & approachable. It's a very nice & relaxed environment. Even my children (ages 13 & 8) enjoyed themselves. Pita was so great with my kids! She made them feel comfortable and relaxed. I couldn't ask for more!

Provided by YP.comIf you're going in for contact lens fitting and that the doctor recommends a new brand, make sure the prescription contains information for both brands. If the prescription only shows the new brand, and you want to switch back to the old brand, you will have to make another trip back to the office. The retailer and I have called the office multiple times to explain the situation, but they insist that I have to go in for the doctor to add my old brand to the prescription... Very inconvenient.

Provided by YP.comDr. Hendricks and the Staff of Low Country Eye Associates is welcoming and knowledgable. They take their time to assess my eye health needs and I always leave feeling well cared for and appreciated. Dr. Hendricks always gets my eyeglass and contact prescription perfect and he also gave me advice on how to keep my eyes healthy. Thanks Low County Eye...I'll be back!

Provided by YP.comNever step in the store even if your life depends on it. Great front desk people, but rude doctor with no courtesy or passion or knowledge. He basically fit me with incorrect lenses and when i complained of fuzzy/unclear vision, he relunctantly & arbitrarily changed it without much further tests. Also when i asked him details about prescription for glasses i had purchased (over $400) from previous year's tests, he denied that information outrightly quoting some crappy policy. All this when i have been his customer for three years and spent over $1500 at his office in tests, lenses & prescription glasses.
