LUCAS MOVING AND STORAGE- POOLER/ SAVANNAH GEORGIA

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! This has to be the worst moving company I have come in contact with in my 28 years in the military. They have the worst employees, and moving trucks I have ever seen, they promised my delivery on a Monday and I get a call that morning saying the truck broke down in Miami, Florida, so they reschedule for Tuesday and guess what I get another call Tuesday morning say the truck is still broken, well I finally get my property 2 days later. Then they broke my Washer and denied my claim, told a lie saying that it was damaged already, what a bunch of freaking crooks. By the way the claims officer Bonnie Winsett she WILL NOT respond to emails or phone calls so good luck trying to get in contact with her when they break your property. I don't understand why the military does business with this third rate moving company. I HOPE THEY LOSE THEIR CONTACT!!!

On June 19 my daughter was being packed to go to Germany. While they were packing one of the workers opened my stuff when they were instructed not to. In the box he opened was jewlery. Some fine and some costume. he transferred it's contents to one of the moving boxes. When I noticed 2 of my boxes were I asked where they were.He pointed to the box that he transferred it to.But there was still one missing. When I asked him where the other box was he stated that he knew exactly where it was. He went to the moving truck and got it brought it back to me. At the time I did not have time to inventory the contents.A few days later I called and spoke with someone from Lucas and she said that explains why he did not return to work the following day. About 30 days later I was back in Florida where my inventory sheets were and figured that it was approximately 5000.00 worth of stuff. The more I thought about it the madder I got. I called Lucas and spoke with someone again and the previous representative lied and stated that I said it was costume jewelry. That is False information. I can see why they hire thieve's they are liars as well.Do Not trust them!!!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would
