Provided by YPmobileIn order to get the discount on your homeowner insurance for having an alarm system you must have a certain piece of paper from the company saying it has been installed and running. I was told I would get it upon installation, never got it. I asked my sales rep for it and he said no problem I will mail it to you. That was three months ago and now he has just stopped returning my emails altogether. On top of that the battery on the control panel that I was told would last 12 to 18 months died. The company told me I would have to pay them to replace it or buy one and do it myself. Unfortunately I have a 3 year contract with this terrible company. Would not recomend to anyone.
