While it is a drive if you need to go to her office, she is very outgoing, friendly and honest. Her prices are very reasonable and my family has used her for a long time now. I live in Santa Rosa, so it was a drive but I needed a second opinion and I really appreciated her honesty and not price gouging.

In all honesty, I thought she did a great job spying my cat right up until today when my cat had to undergo surgery to remove a sponge that Sally left inside my loyal and loving companion. It is hard for me to think about but she would have died if the sponge had stayed inside of her. If it had been a human she had done this to, it wouldn't be unreasonable for a multi-million dollar malpractice suit to be filed against her. Standard surgical protocol dictates that all materials, tools and equipment used during a procedure are to be counted and recorded prior the operation as well as after. The patient does not get sutured closed until all materials are accounted for. Sally's negligence shows me that she believes animals deserve less of our care and attention than humans do during surgery. If your animal is going under Sally's knife, please insist on a pre and post operative instrument count.

She is there for you & your pet, really cares!!! not like most vets where its a business & your a nobody or just out for your money. SHE REALLY LOVES DOGS & CATS & wants to help. Glad We found her.
