We wanted to thank you for the kind and caring assistance you provided for our daughter Bobbie Robertson.
Your attention to the details of her appearance was remarkable.
The memory of the last time we saw her will be good as we can ask.
Also greatly appreciated the alternative ways you suggested for the viewing

I wish I could give a negative number. Cotrell Funeral Home takes advantage of people at their most vulnerable time. Their a la cart charges are nothing short of stealing! My mother-in-law passed recently and had a $6000 insurace policy, we were assured that it would cover her modest graveside service BEFORE they picked her up but it did NOT! $8000 for graveside service, cheapest casket and vault, no open casket or visitation and NOT embalmed! We paid $250 for a pastor that showed up to tell us he had prior engagement so he couldn't do the service. The funeral director did the service and did a horrible job of it!
