I have ordered numerous things from Flukers Farms and have had nothing less than a great experience. I have ordered crickets of all sizes and mealworms of both lengths and have had maybe 3 dead of the 1000 per box I ordered. Don't be alarmed by the small black worms and beetles, these are cleaner insects and are intentionally placed with them to rid the excrement left behind from the crickets

I have two bearded dragons who LOVE supers and it was just not cost effective to buy them from the local pet store. I decided to give Flukers a shot and buy 500 worms at once. They arrived today and I couldn't have been more pleased with what I received. Not only was EVERY SINGLE worm ALIVE, they were big and juicy too. I was hesitant to order in case it was a waste of money on scrawny or dead worms but instead I received a whole shipment of worms that were perfect for my little guys and cost effective too. Thank you Flukers!

I will NEVER order a thing from fluker farms again!!! I ordered 1,000 crickets plus some other dry product. They send me 100 crickets maybe. Then I corresponded with them through email showing them pictures of how they ripped me off and all they did is give me attitude! They never once apologized for the inconvenience, they never once offered to ship out my correct order and all they would tell me is that their shipping department weighs it and it was the correct weight. Basically calling me a liar. I do not care what it weighs I did not receive what I paid for!!!!!! Then they just refunded my card 7.45 only half of the cost of 1,000 crickets. That would have been fine if I had received half! Normally that amount lasts me a month but now because of this inconvenience I will be buying crickets again in the next few days. Their customer service is horrible and they do NOT care one bit about their customers or know how to handle a customer complaint. They do nothing to satisfy their customers needs. I asked for numbers to supervisors and they refused to give it to me. I finally looked up the number and called and the supervisor was rude!!!! She did finally refund me the total amount of the crickets. But then said I was being rude and hung up on me twice!! Yes I am being rude because for one you were rude first, for two I am an extremely unhappy customer and you have continued to do NOTHING to make the situation right! They need to replace their entire customer service team with people who know how to treat customers. This is ridiculous and they have lost my business forever. There is nothing they could do to get me to spend a penny there again. Theresa W. was right on spot with her review as well. I will be calling back to speak with the owner to let her know that she needs to fire all her employees and that I will never be shopping there again. Save yourself the stress, anger and aggravation and STAY AWAY from flukerfarms!!!! They will rip you off!!! as far as I am concerned they stole from me and should have charges pressed against them! I will be turning them in to the better business bureau!!! If I am so angry they obviously dropped the ball on this situation again and again. BE WARNED!!!!!

CRICKETS DIED IN A FEW DAYS, SEVERAL BEETLES AND BLACK WORMS WERE MIXED IN WITH CRICKETS

Several months ago I had bought sever orders of crickets. Each time they came with little worms that I thought were cadaver beetle larva, which are harmless and good to be with the crickets. Well I was wrong on what they were. It turns out that they are carpet beetles. My house is now infested with them. They even got in my daughter's bed and bit her several times. I am not happy. I am going to need to pay pest control to come and spray my house for these beetles. Sure the crickets were the lowest priced around but I would of saved more money by buying from someone else. All that money and then some will be spent getting rid of these parasites. My 6 year old daughter is crying due to the pain of these bites on her leg. A lose cluster of about 6 of these bites. She also has one on her face. I looked and found several of these bugs hiding in her blanket. Not happy at all. She had some bites on her under arm a few days ago but we thought it was from a misquote that got in the house. I was wrong, it was from these carpet beetles. Lucky I do not need to take my daughter to the doctor due to these bites. They are painful but not dangerous.
