My husband had to stay here for over a month for rehabilitation. the quality of care was very good to excellent. All the employees seem not to be hardened by the care needed, as they are cheerful and can be seen doing the little extra to make the resident feel more comfortable. Sure the place has the "smell" that goes along with this type of facility, but at a closer look, it is not from it being unkept or unclean, it is from constant problems from the residents themselves. The staff is somewhat over worked, but they seem to deal with it, and in a pleasent manner. Remember...these are places to help you with your elderly....not to become their family. Don't forget to visit your own ... often.
