Have gone into this shop on multiple occasions to repair slow-leaking tires. Each time I have been served promptly, courteously and with respect. Also the service has been offered without charge on the condition that when I need new tires I buy them here. That is a done deal. This store is awesome because the people that work here are great people. I highly recommend this business.

We were driving down the highway when a landscaper's lawn mower hit a rock. It flew towards us and shattered the passenger side window completely. Many other local auto repair places turned us away, saying they couldn't help. Les Schwab didn't have the glass, but they still offered to help vacuum the broken glass and duct tape a temporary plastic sheet to cover the window, so we could keep driving (not from the area).



And, when we offered to pay/tip, they refused. They were super awesome!

I brought in 4 tires and bare rims. I was told the cost was double because I had not bought the tires there even though I had work done there previously.Overtightened the lug nuts on both of our vehicles. I had to use a 3' bar to get them loose. I would have been in serious trouble if this happened on the road.
