Josh our installer and his wife were both great we could not have asked for better people to work with. They were professional, and very concerned to our needs, as well as careful in our home. McCrorie Carpet is lucky to have them as the face of the company. Both my wife and I would highly recommend(as well as request) them with any service that might come up in the future.
Judy and Bill of McCrorie were both very helpful and we will use them in any future flooring needs.

The carpet in my new home was installed by Mcrories Interiors of Port Hadlock. Within 3 months the new carpet buckled in three different rooms. The developer sent someone over and repaired it. Now that the one year warranty is expired. The flooring in the bathroom has buckled and the carpet has buckled in 2 more places. I wrote a letter to David McCrorie; which was never answered and cannot reach him by telephone. I will have this repaired by a reputable carpet dealer, but It certainly will not be anyone from Carpet One or McCrories.

If you don't want to get screwed when you are having flooring installed by Mccrories in Port Angeles, WA. The job was not done right, I called the foreman, he claimed his men denied my accusation. I told him to come to my home to see for himself, he said his men did not do the job right. He did say there were problems. We wanted another installer, the man who came to our home to correct the mistakes was polite and fixed the mistakes!



There were some marks on the floor, we thought the installers did it, they said they didn't it turns out the marks were made by our kitchen stool. I called and left a message for the foreman, I apologized. However, they were still responsible for their mistakes.



The foreman threatened us, he was going to take us to small claims court and a collection agency if we did not let them complete the job and pay the rest of the bill.



BTW. I called the owner of the store, I left a message for him to call me! He did not return my call!



We were going to have McCrories install new flooring in the great room and three bedrooms and the hallway. Because of the attitude of Mcrories owner and employees, we decided to have another company install the flooring. McCrories could made a lot of money!



The company we hired to install the new flooring is Classic Hardwood Floors, they are professional and courteous and the owner is the contact person from the beginning to the end of the job
