Obnoxious reps, incompetent service, company wide. I am astounded. As a landlord for 20+ years, I haven’t seen a company so poorly run- I even got ANOTHER OWNER’S CONFIDENTIAL INFO snail
mailed to me by mistake! (I mean- what??!!). City utilities were double-paid or simply not paid at all. Poor follow through with their “handyman” (owner’s husband), “too busy” to help me. Rental assistant acts inexplicably entitled, actually derisive, both in emails & by phone. Inept company- find others.

They are a terrible company to rent from. They don't care about their tenants, unfortianatly we had to us them since they were the only rental agents that had a place big enough for us at the time. Try to go with someone else!!!

This is the worst place you could sent Anyone! They will lie and cover there azz and then say it's your problem. They Will Rip you off for your deposit and try to get more money from you after you move out. If I would have known what I know now, I'd rather a finger nail pulled off ! Don't Use Them!!!

Be forewarned, this company is bad... Based on past experience, this is a terrible company to rent from. Once you sign their rental contract their management service (for the tenant) goes downhill as the "good guy" facade disappears. They will charge you for every repair made in the end upon check out/ move out in some way shape or form. Mine was a bogus document that had false accounting and omitted deposits I paid. Based on personal opinion from past experience, their business ethics are completely unethical as they will wait until you leave town/ PCS then try to collect money from you. They will run you around in circles when inquiring about repairs. I made numerous office visits during my time as a tenant to resolve property issues and was given the brush off everytime. Further after moving out, this company is not afraid to take you to court make to milk more money out of you after you left town.. Lastly if you absolutely must rent here: pay very close attention to their rental co
