i took my car in to Ruddell several times for the check engine light. The bill reached over 4300$. The light still comes on. I confronted management about the work and my bill. We looked and my voice copies and theirs. They did not match. Mine were several hundred dollars more. Kerrie Dewey knew i paid in cash and was marking up my invoices. She would later make another invoice for the accounting dept for a lower value. She was fired and charged with theft in Clallam County Court. I went to see Justin the service manager and Ruddell. He offered me a free car detail for the 4300$ that was stolen from me.

Mine invoice were different then the ones the accounting dept. had. Kerrie Dewey the customer service rep in the service dept had been marking up my invoices knowing i pay in cash. She would later make a new invoice for the accounting dept. Stealing the difference. She was fired and later charge with theft in Clallam County Court. i returned to Ruddell to try to get some money back that was stolen from me. Plus my engine light was still coming on. i was offered a free auto detail.

Recently my husband and I purchased an older used vehicle from Ruddell. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful even knowing that we had such a small budget. After taking the car home, it came up that one of the problems with the car was not able to be fixed as promised. After what could have been a very stressful situation, James Minty worked it out to have the repair done anyway, even though it was a bit larger than had been expected. The service department was less than helpful, but the salesmen made sure that we were taken care of.
