Bad. We keep trying to give them a chance to see if they have changed. KFC/Taco Bell usually messes the order up in some way. Tonight we went through and they forgot two of the side items and the biscuits, I called to say that they forgot my food. The guy was rude and wanted to know what did I want. I told him that he should make sure the order is right before it goes out the window. I am angry because he was rude to me and it was his fault not mine.
