Worst service from any Pizza Hut I've ever been to! Saw a coupon for 2 large 1 topping pizzas and a gallon tea for 19.99, the rep on the phone said "no we don't take coupons" when the coupon had their address on it. Ok so fine. Still ordered at 8pm, at 9:30pm I called to see what the status was and they gave me a time of 10:45pm!!! They close at 10. Rep said "let me connect you to the store." ... It's now 10:02pm and I'm still on hold. Long story story CHOOSE ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE!!!!

I'll give 3 stars because the pizza is really tasty and has always been. But, the service at this specific restaurant is poor. Sure, you get what you pay for and you're there just for pizza, but I've been eating Pizza Hut for 15 years, and the service has never been so dull before. Even if you're just going for the delicious pizza, you also go because it is a service where servers will be serving you (funny, huh?) Service should be better at this specific store, also because if you ask for something more than once, it should be served that way.
