I personally love Burger King and we don't have one in Orange so when we go to Port Aurthur I always stop and get their food. The problem with that store is they try to be fast only not fresh or anything else, they always have fast service but almost every time I have went they mess up, cold fries/onion rings, flat rootbeer instead of Dr. pepper and only twice I've been and they had a nice person at the drive thru, they are always rude, they need to take classes on customer service or be fired. I have worked at fast food places since I was 15 and I know that good service can be done fast and fresh, whoever the store manager or district manager is they are not doing their job because they are suppose to make sure the store is running right. Somebody needs to do something because thats the closest Burger King and would like to be able to eat their food

The workers are rude, uneducated, and the place is a waste of time. Customer Service at BK has gone completely and they do what they please. Dirty, awful food, and you do NOT get it how you want it. You get it how they decide to make it including getting coke when you order diet coke, a ton of mustard or a ton of ketchup, a burnt bun with barely any toppings, mushy fries, and etc. I think I'll just eat at home from now on!

The pre-cooked, char-broiled burgers are very small and don't taste good. The fries are good though.
