The food was good and the steaks were cooked exactly how we requested. However, the service was horrible. We were seated in the bar area and the bartender/waitress let us sit for almost 15 minutes before she even acknowledged we were there! Prepping your condiments for the bar is a good idea, but your customers should not have wait for you to do this. These things should be done between waiting on your tables. This was at the Port Arthur, Tx location.
