PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I bought a stern and Foster mattress, which was very soft on the store but hard upon arrival. I tried exchanging it and they told me to wait 30 days for it to soften up. After waking up to back aches for 30 days, I finally exchanged it and had to pay 129.00 exchange fee! If you think that is bad, the sales associate ran my card and told me that there were insufficient funds. I went to the bank and paid him cash. Only to find out later that the charge actually DID go through. I had to drive 60 minutes (there and back) to get my refund! The mattress was purchased on Monday... Today is Thursday and I have yet to receive a call regarding delivery! I am currently on hold with the corporate office which has stated that they can deliver the Matress on Saturday! My sons prom is Saturday. the last thing I want to do is sit home and wait for a delivery truck! It has been one huge roller coaster ride with this company. I would not advise anyone to buy from them.

We purchased a mattress and two pillows from mattress 1 in the middle of February on a Sunday. They delivered the mattress the following Tuesday along with the pillows , however they were the wrong pillows. We told the delivery guys and they told us we could just keep them and bring them into the store. (On a side note, they were literally throwing other brand new mattresses into the road to get to ours. They left them in the road while they unloaded ours and brought it in our house leaving a hazard to other drivers in the road ). So after telling us we could bring them to the store, I called the store first to tell them we recieved the wrong pillows and the guy on the phone said we could not bring them back in. He said they would just order the right ones and have them delivered to us. He said they would be delivered to us Thursday. They never came. So I called the store again and the lady that sold us the mattress & pillows answered & cut me short saying she would take care of it. I never heard from her for two days so we went up to the store & talked to her in person & she took the pillows from us they had delivered that were not the right ones & said the new ones would be delivered Tuesday . Tuesday came and still no pillows. So we called the store again to tell them & the guy answered & made excuses for why they pillows hadn't came yet. So after not received the pillows we went back to the store & spoke with the woman again & she said they delivered them to the store but were the wrong ones again. No one ever called to let us know that. She said she reordered the right ones again & they would be to our house in one or two days. It's been over a week since then & still no pillows. These pillows were 100$ each! No one has called us or let us know anything. We are very frustrated we paid for two expensive pillows & still don't have them.
