Provided by YPmobileNeeded a dryer on Black Friday, of all days. Went to Sears thinking they could deliver in 3 days or less, Was I ever wrong!!! Wrote a check for the Kenmore dryer, 100 dollars extra for gas, a recycling fee for old dryer, 3 yr protection plan, etc. Mind you all the extras are not advertised. Total was $ 625. Promised delivery by Dec.3rd. Some of the young sales men said that people were coming to them for appliances because Lowe’s was backed up on deliveries. THEY LIED TO GET THE SALE/COMMISSION !!! Lowe’s can deliver a appliance in only 3 days!!!! So Sears called this weekend saying they cannot deliver until DECEMBER 17th !!!!! Totally unexceptionable and I want a check in the mail in 7 days or less because I will inform the BBB if I do not receive it. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO LOWES!!!! LESSON LEARNED here. ☹️😩😫
