Provided by YP.comthey were sent out to my house by my home warranty company. the first tech said the compressor is bad and the freon level is good. then a couple days later another tech from TJ Morgan went out and claimed the coil is damaged beyond repair. when I got home it appears the damage was caused by the second tech. John the service Manager told me that he didn't trust the first tech and sent the second one out and only submitted the second techs report causing my warranty to not cover it. Steer clear of TJ Morgan as they are full of lies and excuses. if you call to much they threaten to call you in for harassment. you've been warned. filed with on them with the BBB AND THE HVAC License board.

Provided by YP.comGreat company and customer service! They only sell you what you need, and what is best for you at the time. I have AHS, and had a service call from a separate company. They came out and AHS would only cover replacement the condenser on my ancient unit. I didn’t not want to pay the additional cost, and not come out with a new unit. I was going to get a 2nd opinion through AHS. It was scheduled with TJ Morgan. When the sales rep called to find out what the issues was, he explained that their 2nd opinion would probably have the same result. He explained that you can opt for a “Cash out” and AHS will pay you the portion of the expense they were going to cover and I could just pay the difference and get a whole new unit instead of an old half-repaired unit. We now have 2 new outdoor units and I recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work.

Your never gonna get a straight answer with this company. They can use a bunch of fancy words like cavitation, cubic feet, return air, Merv ratings on filters to give explanations, but they have no real answers or solutions. Plus if they come out because of AHS, they will definitely be even more difficult to work with and even more sketchy with their write-ups.
For me....The tech came out and inspected the unit, he took off the door, shined a light in the unit, and that was it. He said the noisy sound is because the door was vibrating and he "fixed" it with duct tape. This is the 30 years of experience you get....he left without offering a valid explanation causing the noise.
John Laflour, the manager came out to give his opinion. With his 30-40 years of experience, he said it was because the filter i was using and could not explain why it has become noisy.
These are not engineers, nor are they technicians, "in my opinion" they are 30-year laborers that can replace a part or two but don't know anything about HVAC.

Provided by YPmobileService guy showed up at the house looked at my a/c unit and told me I was completely out of freon my estimated repair was $75 service call plus $660 worth of freon...i told the service tech to hold off on fixing the problem...untill i can decide what todo...
Called a new company they said i was not out of freon just alittle low and the problem was fixed for $100...
I talked to the "manager" at TJ Morgan about how i felt as if the service tech was trying to over charge me for freon that was not needed and he told me there was nothing he could do for me... what a very bad customer service decision

Provided by YP.comMy A/C went out while I was out of town, and my wife was home alone. This did not make for a happy wife. I have a home warranty company that is contracted to make my repairs; however, on a HOT Saturday afternoon, they could not find anyone to check out my A/C unit for repairs. After much frustration and no satisfaction from my home warranty company, I went online and found T J Morgan.A technician was at my house within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. My compressor was out and no parts were available on the weekend. But, even though T J Morgan was not contracted with my home warranty company, John spoke with my home warranty company first thing Monday morning and not only worked out getting the parts needed, but also worked out the billing so he could bill my home warranty directly. I was not out of pocket for the cost of the repairs at all. Tuesday AM my A/C was repaired and my wife was HAPPY.
A Special Thanks goes out to John and T J Morgan for being that Good Neighbor when one is needed.

Provided by YP.comI was very please with work done by TJ Morgan. They came right out and fix my problem at a fair price. The serviceman was knowledgeable and did not mind my stupid questions. I was impressed that they had been around for so long. I am glad I found them and will definitely use them for all my future heat & a/c needs....:-)
