Matt the maintenance guy tried to run a guy over when he was walking with his little granddaughter in the apartment complex. And the maniac is still working there what does that tell you about Whispering Hills and Oak Brook Corp?

Whispering Hills Apartments Portbyron il. Places run by Thugs and criminals. Honestly I have to give it  - 5 . A lot of problems with management and maintenance.. often times things won't get fixed at all other times they're just slow Cranston the manager has his favorites who he'll let get by with anything like the two women  across the street  from the office in building 6 who sit outside most of the day in the Pavilion and smoke marijuana and yell obscenities at the other  residents so if that doesn't tell you anything about management? And there's Matt the maintenance man who really is not much of a man at all!!! is a pervert and a weirdo who micromanages the complex. Matt quite often illegally enters people's Apartments when they're not home and and burglarizes them and goes through their closets dressers and personal belongings. He fights with tenants and often will harass and bully them especially young women and people in wheel chairs. The main problem is that there is no District or regional manager that comes around so there's absolutely no oversight. Manager and maintenance often come in late and leave early.
