Provided by YP.comThis should be a simple water cruise and not listed as a fishing boat. Of the 50+ people on board for our trip there were 5 fish caught that could be kept. The young Captain moved the boat 3 times and we sat with slack lines or catching bait fish and baby groupers. When you consider the expense we had for a hotel, travel, the tickets and of course the obligatory tips to the cook and crew it was an expensive water tour. If you enjoy a boat ride it is OK but if you are really trying to catch fish.... well this is not for you.

Provided by YP.comTrying to deal with the Orlando Princess was a terrible experience. They're unwillingness to rectify a situation that was completely their fault shows there udder lack of professionalism. I bought a Living Social deal for 2 people to go deep sea fishing. It was a Christmas present and we were so excited to go! We made our reservations for February and even booked a hotel room to stay the night out in Cape Canaveral since we had an hour and a half car ride home. When we go there, an unknowledgeable young man said, "Oh... I hope you're not here for the 1/2 day.... It was cancelled. Didn't someone call you?" Shocked, we explained to him that no one had called or even at the least left a message letting us know that the trip was cancelled! He looked at his sheet and said there was a check mark next to my name and that meant that someone called me. I asked him why I would book a hotel room and show up for deep sea fishing if someone had contacted me. He confirmed that they had the correct telephone number for me; they did. He said he was sorry and that I should contact someone the following week about it because he couldn't help me.
I contacted the office the following week. An extremely rude woman answered and adamantly refused to help me. I told her my story and how if was they're fault that my time and money was wasted. My expiration of my voucher was coming up soon and I already had prior plans so I wasn't able to reschedule my trip until after the expiration. She told me that there was nothing she could do and that she would not accommodate me in rescheduling a trip after the expiration unless I paid full price. I thoroughly explained to her that it was THEIR fault, not mine, that my trip was cancelled and that I never even got a phone call. She insisted there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with someone who could help me and she stated that she was the manager and that there was no one else I could speak to. Mind you, this woman was the rudest, most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. She even hung up on me when I told her that I was going to give them a bad review due to their terrible customer service.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They do not care for their customers at all and are not willing to help with any issues that are a result of their own fault. I did contact Living Social though and they did give me a full refund. Thank you, Living Social. No thanks to the Orlando Princess and their poor excuse for a manager.

Provided by YP.comOnly giving 1 star because you have to. This was the worst fishing trip I have ever been on. Male crew members used the womens bathroom. captain took at least 20 minutes to set anchor often having to move to another spot to anchor. boat is over booked you have about a 12 inch space to fish in. at least 5 lines were tangled at any given time. mates fished while lines were tangled. I would not go back on this boat if they gave me a free trip and a ride to it.
