Went to A-Z shopping for a mower. The sales person was very professional and took time to explain all the differences and make recommendations. After researching, I went back to make my purchase. These guys are great. I was treated like an old friend even though it was only my second visit. Price was good and delivery was on time. Would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Unfair bill increase, misrepresentation of cost for services and deception regarding services included for quoted price. Refusal to return property.



Like you, I was online reading reviews trying to figure out where to go for service. My push mower needed a tune-up. I made the mistake of going to A to Z Mower.



It has been the worst experience. They were dishonest about their pricing and about what you get included with the quoted cost of service. They nearly doubled my bill. I refused to pay, and only agreed to pay for quoted amount.This is fraud. They will not return my lawnmower and have informed me they intend to sell it. Theft and dealing in stolen property? Nice place.

Owner expressed humor that my lawn would be really tall if I didn't pay up. Additionally, I received no documents, paperwork, copies, etc.. of anything from them when dropping off my property. When I requested this paperwork when disputing the cost the owner refused. When I agreed to pay their ransom by credit card they refused citing my right to dispute the charge. They told me they will only accept cash from me even though they accept credit cards from other customers.

No documents provided? My bill almost doubled? Cash only? They will sell my mower? This is a scam.

I have been cutting my elderly moms grass for years. Now her lawn is a foot high in some places as is mine. I might have to hire a lawn service to cut our lawns and pass the cost to them in court. Trying the BBB first.

Run the other way! Go somewhere else! Don't buy a used mower there. It could be stolen from a customer.
