Absolutely so mismanaged. Associates just stand around talking to each other..one associate smells like a pigsty mixed with rotten seafood. No one there is helpful. Whatever happened to costumer service. If I could give zero stars I would! Matter of fact I did give zero stars

We bought a Samsung front load washer from Best Buy late Feb. 2013 within 4 weeks the motor and tumble drum went completely. We called Best Buy who told us to call the Samsung Dealer since it was on 4 weeks old. After 3 weeks of going between Samsung Dealership and Best Buy it was the Greek Squad Manger Patrick who took care of it with one phone call. New washer was delivered in one day. Great for us and Patrick needs a raise hats off to you Patrick . Thank you so much. Brenda and Harry of North Port, Fl.
